Shiba Inu Team Member’s Step-by-Step Guide

The marketing expert recently took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to outline the process of obtaining an NFT collection. Many people in the Shiba Inu community have expressed curiosity about how to purchase these NFTs which led to Lucy’s X post.

As a first step, Lucy explains that community members who want to receive Shiberium NFTs will need to hold BONE and Ethereum (ETH) in their wallets. “Prepare $BON and ETH, make sure you have $BON and ETH in your wallet,” he said.

The next step highlighted by Luce calls for adding the Shiberium network to users’ Web3 wallet. To do this, users need to access their wallet browser and connect to the Shibarium network.

When this is done, the next step noted by Lucy is bridging the bone. Users will need to visit the Shiberium staking platform to stake their BONE tokens, which will automatically appear in their wallet after some time.

After completing the phase, the Shiba Inu marketing expert highlighted that users can explore Mantra Protocol and other Shibarium-based NFT marketplaces. Furthermore, he said that in Mantra users can choose any NFT they want, just like other NFT marketplaces like OpenSea and Blur.

Additionally, a member of the Shiba Inu team has highlighted BON ShibaSwap (BON) as a recommended digital asset for their guide. Users will have to pay for their favorite NFTs using Shiberium Bones.

Lucy also noted some benefits from acquiring these NFT collections, including “lower gas fees and higher entertainment.” It is noteworthy that each transaction costs users “less than one cent ($0.01”), making it an exciting and cost-effective experience.

Finally, he stressed that prices for Shiberium-based NFTs are between “10 and 10,000 bonnes.” However, users can still purchase these NFTs using SHIB and LEASH.

Shibarium sees decline in number of transactions

Shiba Inu Layer 2 blockchain solution, Shibarium, has seen a significant drop in the number of transactions. This has sparked speculation among the community as it could signal a major change in user trust and engagement.

Data from Shiberium explorer, ShiberiumScan.io, showed that the network’s daily transactions currently stand at 4 million. This is a significant drop from the average of 7 million daily transactions handled by the network over the past month.

The decline began late last year, with the number of transactions falling from 7.84 million on December 28, 2023, to 4.37 million on January 4, 2024. The decline in transactions indicates a lack of adoption of the network.

Despite the decline in transactions, network utilization is pegged at over 30%, suggesting ample capacity for more transactions.
